Xfinity is offering 400 Mbps download with unlimited data for $65/mo if you sign up for automatic payment. AT&T is offering 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload with fiber for $55/mo. Xfinity is just Comcast rebranding cable internet to seem more competitive with fiber internet (FIOS). Fiber has more throughput than cable. From a use perspective Comcast has much lower upload speeds than FIOS (they allocate more of their limited bandwidth to downloads since that is what most people use) and is prone to slowing down during busy times of the day due to congestion..
